St Peter's College and the University of Oxford

The University and the College are seeking to appoint, with effect from 1 October 2004, a pure mathematician who will be Fellow and Tutor at St Peter's College and Faculty Lecturer in the Mathematical Institute of the University of Oxford, and will teach in both the College and the Institute. The preferred research area is in algebraic geometry, broadly interpreted, but outstanding candidates in other areas of pure mathematics should not be deterred from applying. The combined College and University salary will be according to age on a scale up to £42,900 at age 45. College allowances will additionally be payable.
