The Fellows of Fitzwilliam College intend to elect a Head of the College to succeed the present Master, Professor Brian Johnson, FRS, who retires on 30 September 2005. The Mastership is open equally to women and men.
Anyone wishing to be considered for the post or to suggest appropriate names should write in confidence to the President, Dr D. M. Thompson, Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge, CB3 0DG, by 31 March 2004. The Fellows reserve the right to consider names other than those responding to this notice.
