St Edmund's College

POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP(S)

Applications are invited for up to two postdoctoral non-stipendiary Research Fellowships tenable from 1 October 2004 for two years initially, with the possibility of renewal for a further year. Applicants should be of postdoctoral level or expect to attain it by 1 October 2004, should have adequate financial support from a grant or contract for research, and should normally be resident and conducting their research in Cambridge. Applications from candidates in the areas of Social and Political Science, Law, and Economics are particularly welcome. The successful candidate may be able to have married or single accommodation in College and will be entitled to Fellow's commons.

Applications should include a current curriculum vitae, a research proposal, not normally exceeding 1,000 words, and the names of two referees, whom the candidate should ask to write directly to the Master, St Edmund's College, Cambridge, CB3 0BN. The closing date for receipt of applications and references is 20 February. It is hoped that interviews will take place in mid April.
