The Vice-Chancellor gives notice that the Discussion announced for Tuesday, 13 January 2004, will not take place. The Reports which are published in this issue of the Reporter (pp. 314, 319, 319) will be discussed on Tuesday, 27 January 2004, together with the Annual Reports of the Council and the General Board and the Financial Statements which are to be published this week in a separate issue.
