Graces submitted to the Regent House on 10 December 2003

The Council submit the following Graces to the Regent House. These Graces, unless they are withdrawn or a ballot is requested in accordance with the regulations for Graces of the Regent House (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 115), will be deemed to have been approved at 4 p.m. on Friday, 19 December 2003.

1. That the regulations for University Composition Fees be amended, with effect from 1 September 2004, as follows:1

2. That the recommendations in paragraph 12 of the Joint Report of the Council and the General Board, dated 21 July and 9 July 2003, on a revision of the flexible working arrangements policy (Reporter, 2002-03, p. 1209) be approved.2

3. That the recommendations in paragraph 7 of the Report of the Council, dated 17 November 2003, on the reconstitution of the Joint Committee on Development (Reporter, 2003-04, p. 181) be approved.

4. That the recommendations in paragraph 9 of the Report of the General Board, dated 5 November 2003, on the establishment of a Department of Clinical Neurosciences (Reporter, 2003-04, p. 213) be approved.

5. That the recommendations in paragraph 5 of the Report of the General Board, dated 5 November 2003, on the re-establishment of a Professorship of Medical Genetics (Reporter, 2003-04, p. 215) be approved.
