Girton College

ALUMNI OFFICER

Girton College invites applications for the academic-related post of Alumni Officer, within its Development Office. Applicants must demonstrate an ability to organize their own work and be proactive in alumni relations, as well as a willingness to fund-raise on behalf of the College. Experience of the collegiate system or of professional fund-raising and alumni relations is desirable.

In addition to being a point of contact for the College's alumni and organizing alumni events and reunions, the alumni officer will also support the work of the Roll Office, up to one day a week. The salary offered is up to £25,451 a year and the post includes College dining and membership of the Senior Combination Room.

RESEARCH AND DATABASE OFFICER

Girton College is seeking a Research and Database Officer to work within its Development Office. The Research and Database Officer is responsible for managing information on fund-raising approaches and prospect identification. He or she will maintain the integrity of the College's Raiser's Edge database for fund-raising purposes and work closely with the Development Director, and external fundraising volunteers. The salary offered is between £17,206 and £21,125 a year, depending on age and experience and is on an academic-related scale.
