Graces to be submitted to the Regent House at a Congregation on 15 November 2003

The Council have sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 15 November 2003:

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by incorporation:

1. CHARLOTTE ANNE WOODFORD, Fellow of Selwyn College, Affiliated Lecturer in the Faulty of Modern and Medieval Languages, Doctor of Philosophy of the University of Oxford (2000).

2. DAVID WILLIAM EDWARD WILLIS, Fellow of Selwyn College, University Lecturer in the Department of Linguistics, Doctor of Philosophy of the University of Oxford (1997).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B, III, 6:

3. TARIK FATHY MASSOUD, University Lecturer in the Department of Radiology.

4. GERALD DOUGLAS MACAULAY FRIZELLE, Assistant Director of Research in the Department of Engineering.

5. SOPHIA DEMOULINI, Fellow of Downing College, Affiliated Lecturer in the Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics.

6. ADAM NOEL LEDGEWAY, Fellow of Downing College, University Lecturer in the Department of Italian.

7. NICHOLAS MORRELL, of Downing College, University Lecturer in the Department of Medicine.

8. ANNE MURRAY, Fellow of Wolfson College, Deputy Librarian in the University Library.

9. AIDAN FOSTER, of Wolfson College, Computer Officer, Grade II, in the Faculty of Classics.

10. CATHERINE MAXWELL, Fellow of New Hall.
