User Survey for University Telephone Network Upgrade: Notice

The University Telephone Network (UTN), which provides telephone services to all Colleges and University Departments, is in the process of being upgraded. Consultants, Arup Communications have been engaged by the Joint Telecommunications Management Committee (JTMC) to undertake a review of the existing network and make recommendations on a replacement system.

A Web-based user survey is being conducted as part of a wider process of consultation and review, which will lead to a report by the JTMC in January. Participation in the survey is invited from all users of the existing system.

The survey can be found from a link on the Telecommunications office Web page at http://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/offices/telecomm.
