The Chairman of the Faculty Board of Engineering gives notice that the Annual Meeting of the Faculty will be held at l p.m. on Thursday, 13 November 2003, in Lecture Room 6 of the Engineering Department. Ballot boxes will be available in the Press Site and the Whittle Laboratory. Elections will be held, in accordance with Statute C, IV, 2(c), of four members in class (c), to serve for four years from 1 January 2004.
Nominations and notice of any other business should be sent in writing to the Secretary, Mrs S. Collins-Taylor, to reach her not later than 5 p.m. on Monday, 10 November 2003.
