Harvard Club of the UK

STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP

For several years now, the Harvard Club of the United Kingdom (HCUK) has awarded annual Student Scholarships to recent Harvard University graduates studying for postgraduate degrees in the United Kingdom. The object of the grant is to provide small amounts of financial support to those graduates looking for additional funds to pursue postgraduate studies in the UK. The successful applicants would receive from the Club single payments of not more than £1,000. The Club plans to award Scholarships to the most promising applicants who best demonstrate financial need and an interest or involvement in the Harvard community.

Successful applicants will also become HCUK Scholars and may be asked to participate in and support Club events on appropriate occasions.

Those interested in applying for an HCUK Student Scholarship, should fill out the online application at http://clubs.harvard.edu/university/hcuk/.

The application (including supporting material) deadline is 15 June 2004 for the upcoming autumn term.

For further information, please contact Dr Sean O'Harrow (tel. 01223 338334 or e-mail oharrow@post.harvard.edu).
