Elections

Professor John L. Glascock, B.S.B.A., Tennessee Technological University, M.B.A., Stetson University, M.A., Virginia Polytechnic and State University, Ph.D., University of North Texas, Oliver T. Carr Jr. Distinguished Professor of Real Estate, and Associate Dean for Research at George Washington University, elected Grosvenor Professor of Real Estate Finance, from 1 July 2003.

Professor Hans-F. Graf, Dip., Ph.D., Humboldt University, Berlin, Professor at the University of Hamburg and Deputy Director of the Max Planck Institute for Meteorology, Hamburg, elected Professor of Environmental Systems Analysis from 1 October 2003.

Professor Martin Karplus, B.A., Harvard, Ph.D., California Institute of Technology, FRS, Professor Conventionné at Université Louis Pasteur, Strasbourg, Theodore William Richards Research Professor at Harvard University, elected John Wilfrid Linnett Visiting Professor of Chemistry from 25 September 2003 until 16 October 2003.

Professor Gregory Francis Lawler, B.A., Virginia, M.A., Ph.D., Princeton, A. Hollis Edens Professor of Mathematics at Duke University, Professor of Mathematics at Cornell University, elected Rothschild Visiting Professor from 1 July 2003 until 31 July 2003.

Professor Alan Graham MacDiarmid, Ph.D., SID, B.Sc., M.Sc., New Zealand, M.S., Ph.D., Wisconsin, Blanchard Professor of Chemistry at the University of Pennsylvania and James Von Ehr Distinguished Chair of Science and Technology and Professor of Chemistry and Physics at the University of Texas at Dallas, elected John Wilfrid Linnett Visiting Professor of Chemistry from 1 May 2003 until 14 May 2003.
