Hughes Hall

SENIOR TUTOR

Applications are invited for the post of Senior Tutor with effect from 1 October 2003, or as soon as possible thereafter. The Senior Tutor has overall responsibility for admission, education, and care of students. The College seeks a Senior Tutor who will work harmoniously with staff and tutors, will be pro-active in a strategy of recruitment, and will inspire academic development commensurate with the substantial new facilities and accommodation under construction adjacent to Fenner's.

The new Senior Tutor will be between half and three quarters of full time, according to circumstances. The salary will be pro rata on the University Lecturer Scale. He/she will be a Fellow. The appointment will be for three years with the possibility of renewal.
