Centre for History and Economics

in connection with Robinson College

Applications are invited for a Research Fellowship in History, to begin on 1 October 2003 or as soon as possible thereafter. Preference may be given to candidates working in the history of economic or political thought, or whose work relates to the Centre's current research projects on the history of globalization, church and state in historical perspective, and the history of political economy. The Fellowship will be held in conjunction with a research and teaching programme at the Centre for History and Economics, and is supported by the Isaac Newton Trust and the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. The Fellowship is tenable for three years. The stipend, which can be pensionable, will depend on experience, but will not exceed £22,968 in the first year.
