The Faculty Board of Law give notice that the following papers prescribed for the LL.M. Examination 2004 are deemed to be papers in English Law and Legal History for the purpose of the award of the Chancellor's Medal for English Law:

Paper 4. The law of restitution
Paper 5. International sales
Paper 6. Commercial insurance law
Paper 7. Corporate insolvency law
Paper 10. Corporate governance
Paper 12. Intellectual property
Paper 26. Law and practice of civil liberties
Paper 30. Jurisprudence
Paper 31. Private law and political theory
Paper 34. Philosophy of criminal law
Paper 35. History of English civil and criminal law
Paper 36. Modern legal history
The Faculty Board may in addition for this purpose deem the subject of a thesis in Paper 38: seminar paper to be a paper in English Law and Legal History.
