The Vice-Chancellor requests, in accordance with Regulation 3 for academical dress (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 185), that the Doctors in the several Faculties wear their festal gowns in public on Monday, 23 June 2003, the day of conferment of Honorary Degrees. He further requests that the University flag be flown that day from University buildings having flagpoles.
