BRITISH HEART FOUNDATION PROFESSORSHIP OF CARDIOVASCULAR PHYSIOLOGY

Applications are invited for the Professorship of Cardiovascular Physiology in the Laboratory of Physiology, funded by the British Heart Foundation and tenable as soon as can be arranged. The successful candidate will have a strong record in research in cardiovascular physiology with evidence of achieving substantial independent external grant support. Research space will be provided for the Professor in the newly completed Burdon Sanderson Cardiac Science Centre that is attached to Physiology. Oxford has a large and successful cardiac research community, whose members collaborate via the Oxford Cardiac Research Group (OCRG). The Chair is associated with a non-stipendiary professorial Fellowship at Merton College.
