Philosophical Society

On Monday, 10 February 2003 at 8.30 p.m. in the Cockcroft Lecture Theatre, New Museums Site, Dr M. Neuberger, of the MRC Laboratory of Molecular Laboratory, will deliver a lecture entitled DNA deamination and the generation of antibody diversity. All who are interested are invited.

At a meeting held on 27 January 2003 in the Cockcroft Lecture Theatre, New Museums Site, Professor T. M. Cox, President, was in the Chair.

Professor M. Warner, of the Department of Physics, delivered the G. I. Taylor Lecture entitled Solid, liquid, and heresy in between: discovering the 21/2th state of matter. A vote of thanks was moved by Professor A. Howie.
