Exeter College proposes to appoint a Home Bursar to take up office from 1 July 2003. The post will be held with an Official Fellowship of the College. The Home Bursar oversees all the domestic, accommodation, building, and conference services of the College and is in addition its personnel officer. The Home Bursar is involved in the financial management of the College, forms part of a management team, and reports to the Finance and Estates Bursar.
Applicants should have a background that includes managerial experience. A good grasp of financial matters and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Applicants are also asked to submit a curriculum vitae and to ask three referees to write directly to the Academic Administrator by the closing date.
