The Vice-Chancellor gives notice that the ballots on Grace 7 of 24 July 2002 (Principal Administrative Officers) and on Grace 1 of 15 May 2002 and amendments thereof (Conduct of Discussions) will take place according to the following timetable:
| (i) | Monday, 25 November 2002, distribution of ballot papers and fly-sheets; |
| (ii) | Friday, 6 December 2002, deadline for return of ballot papers. |
