The General Board give notice that, on the recommendation of the Faculty Board of Classics, and notwithstanding Regulation 19 of the Old Regulations for the Classical Tripos (Statutes and Ordinances, p. 254), they have agreed to permit Mr J. M. Morhart of Peterhouse, to offer, in his second year as an affiliated student, the following combination of papers in Part II of that Tripos in 2003: B3, E3, O5, and a thesis. Mr Morhart prepared for two papers, B2 and B3, which he offered in the Preliminary Examination in 2002. He was wrongly advised that the subjects announced in June 2002 for these papers for the examination in 2002 would be available for examination in 2003 and is therefore unable to carry any of his work forward to Part II. The General Board have received a plea of incuria from his Tutor.
