Graces to be submitted to the Regent House at a Congregation on 19 October 2002

The Council have sanctioned the submission of the following Graces to the Regent House at a Congregation to be held on 19 October 2002:

That the following person be admitted to the degree of Doctor of Philosophy by incorporation:

1. MARK ANDREW THOMSON, University Lecturer in the Department of Physics, Fellow of Emmanuel College, Doctor of Philosophy of the University of Oxford (1992).

That the following persons be admitted to the degree of Master of Arts under the provisions of Statute B, III, 6:

2. IAN MALCOLM THOMPSON, Fellow of Selwyn College.

3. JANE ARABELLA ELSWORTH DUTTON, University Lecturer in the Department of Radiology.

4. CHRISTOPHER JOHN MOSS, Senior Technical Officer in the Department of Physics.

5. TAMSIN MELANIE JAMES, Administrative Officer, Grade II, in the Unified Administrative Service.

6. BRYAN STANLEY TURNER, Professor of Sociology, and Fellow of Fitzwilliam College.

7. TRACY NADINE OAKLEY, Departmental Secretary, Grade C*, in the Department of Genetics.

8. HILARY VIVIENNE CLARK, Junior Assistant Secretary, Grade I, in the Institute of Continuing Education.
