The MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology announces that there is to be a meeting to celebrate the life of the late Dr Max Perutz, OM, CH, FRS, Honorary Fellow of Peterhouse 1962-2002, with reminiscences and music, on Saturday, 21 September; and a scientific meeting on Sunday, 22 September. All are welcome at either or both events, but tickets are being issued so that the organizers know how many to expect. Tickets can be obtained, free of charge, by request on the website. The website also provides information about the venue and accommodation. Please request tickets before 31 July 2002.
