St Peter's College

STIPENDIARY LECTURERSHIP IN GEOGRAPHY

Applications are invited for a Stipendiary Lecturer-ship in Geography for eight hours a week, starting on 1 October 2002. Appointment will be for one year in the first instance, with the possibility of renewal for a maximum of two further years. The Lecturer will be required to teach Human Geography to students in all three years of the undergraduate course. The success-ful candidate will also be expected to participate in admissions procedures and to take responsibility for the administration of undergraduate Geography teaching in the College. Candidates with any area of human geography research interest are encouraged to apply.

Remuneration will be within the scale of £10,950 to £13,507 a year. The Lecturer will have Senior Common Room rights, including an entitlement to free meals in term and most of the vacation, and the use of a room in College for teaching purposes.
