The following lecture and seminar will be open to members of the University and others who are interested:
Linnett Lecture 2002. Professor Ahmed Zewail, Linus Pauling Professor of Chemistry and Professor of Physics, California Institute of Technology, 1999 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, will deliver the Linnett Lecture, 2002, entitled At the limit of time - the next 100 years, at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, 25 June, in Lecture Theatre 3, Department of Chemistry, Lensfield Road.
Biology. Biology in Business Company Spotlight Seminar. Professor Chris Lowe, Director of the Institute of Biotechnology, will give a seminar entitled Biotechnology in Britain: growth and opportunities, on Wednesday, 12 June, at 6.30 p.m. in the Pharmacology Lecture Theatre, Tennis Court Road.
