Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities: Notice

COLLOQUIUM

A two-day interdisciplinary colloquium on Tales of terror: intersections of psychoanalysis, narrative, and terror, jointly organized by the Centre for Research in the Arts, Social Sciences, and Humanities (CRASSH), the Faculty of English, and the Department of History and Philosophy of Science, will be held on 8 and 9 July 2002, at Lucy Cavendish College. Tales of terror will investigate a range of themes and material from a psychoanalytic perspective. The colloquium represents the continuation of an ongoing CRASSH-sponsored project entitled The histories and cultures of psychoanalysis.
