The Cambridge Theological Federation is seeking a Strategic Development Officer to work for one year (July 2002 to June 2003) with the Federation (which comprises nine institutions of theological education and research) to implement new structures for relationship, management, and accountability in its collective tasks. A fee of £20,000 will be paid for the year's work.
