The College intends to make an election to not more than two postdoctoral Research Fellowships on Saturday, 1 March 2003. Candidates in the following subjects may apply: Law, History, Philosophy, Economics, Politics, Language and Literature, Classical Studies, Oriental Studies, and Mathematical and Theoretical Sciences.
Applicants must have been awarded, or be an advanced candidate for, a doctoral Degree at any university. Applicants must be expecting to have completed the requirements for their doctoral Degree by 1 October 2003. The Fellowship is open to men and women. If there are no candidates for the Fellowships whom the College judges to be of sufficient merit, the College is not bound to make any election.
