A meeting of the Society will be held at 6 p.m. on Monday, 15 April, in the Chemistry Laboratory, Lensfield Road, when Dr Gill Juleff will give a paper entitled Monsoon winds forge swords of Islam - the reconstruction of early medieval steel making in Sri Lanka. Members of the Society are welcome to bring guests, and junior members of the University are welcome at all lecture meetings.
