The Electors intend to proceed to an election to the Directorship of the Oxford University Museum of Natural History with effect from 1 October 2003 in succession to Professor Keith S. Thomson, who retires on 30 September 2003. A non-stipendiary fellowship at Kellogg College is attached to the directorship.
Applications (ten copies, or one only from overseas candidates), naming three persons (with postal and e-mail addresses, including telephone and fax numbers) who have agreed to act as referees on this occasion, should be submitted not later than 6 May 2002 to the Registrar, University Offices, Wellington Square, Oxford, OX1 2JD, from whom further particulars may be obtained.
