Balliol College

TUTORIAL FELLOWSHIP IN EARLY MODERN EUROPEAN HISTORY

Balliol College proposes to appoint a Tutorial Fellow in Early Modern European History with effect from 1 October 2002. The Fellowship will be tenable at Balliol College and will be held in conjunction with a Titular University Lectureship (CUF) for which no separate applications are required.

Applicants should be qualified to provide undergraduate and graduate teaching in Early Modern European History (1500-1700) and to undertake undergraduate tutorial teaching within Balliol in European and British History of the same period. The joint salary for the post will be on an age-related scale up to a maximum of £41,570 a year. Additional College allowances are available.
