Emmanuel College

The Fellows of Emmanuel College have elected Sir Richard Wilson, currently Cabinet Secretary and Head of the Home Civil Service, to succeed the present Master, Professor J. E. Ffowcs Williams, when he retires. Sir Richard has accepted the appointment and will take it up on 1 October 2002.
