The Queen's College

DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

The Queen's College is committed to future investment in a range of capital projects, notably the Library, and to student hardship support, and tutorial provision. To meet these commitments the College seeks to appoint its first Director of Development who will establish the foundations of a long term development programme. Working closely with the Provost and Fellows, he/she will also plan a future Capital Appeal. The successful candidate will offer a track record of relevant fundraising success, together with an understanding of the principles of alumni fundraising and proven strategic ability. He/she will demonstrate the personal presence, intelligence, and sensitivity to engage support from within the academic community and from prospective donors.

Salary will be in the range of £45,000, plus a range of attractive benefits, and will be based in Oxford.
