Preachers before the University, 2002-03: Notice

The following persons have been appointed in the manner prescribed by Ordinance to preach before the University during the academical year 2002-03.

Michaelmas Term 2002

20 October The Revd Angela Tilby, Tutor of Westcott House and Lecturer in Spirituality and Early Church History in the Cambridge Federation of Theological Colleges.
3 November Professor J. H. Baker, Downing Professor of the Laws of England, University of Cambridge, Fellow of St Catharine's College (The Lady Margaret's Preacher, Commemoration of Benefactors: scarlet day).

Lent Term 2003

2 February The Most Revd Timothy Radcliffe, formerly Master of the Order of Preachers (the Dominicans), Honorary Fellow of St John's College, Oxford, and formerly Chaplain to Imperial College.
2 March Professor D. A. Turner, Norris-Hulse Professor of Divinity, University of Cambridge, Fellow of Peterhouse (Hulsean Sermon).

Easter Term 2003

4 May The Revd Dr Christina Le Moignan, of New Hall, formerly President of the Methodist Conference.
18 May The Rt Revd Mano Rumalshah, General Secretary of the United Society for the Propagation of the Gospel, formerly Bishop of Peshawar in the United Church of Pakistan (Ramsden Sermon).

University Sermons are delivered in Great St Mary's Church at 11.15 a.m. on the Sundays stated.
