Paper A8. Philosophy of religion and ethics

By amending the detail for this paper so as to read:

This paper will introduce students to the philosophy of religion and to ethics. The Board may from time to time prescribe texts for special study, and the lists of these texts will be available in the Faculty Office at the beginning of the Michaelmas Term.

Paper B5. New Testament ethics Paper B9. Christian culture in the western world

By adding the following final sentence in each case:

This paper shall be examined by the submission of two essays in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 20.

The Faculty Board of Divinity are satisfied that no candidate's preparation for the examination in 2002 is adversely affected by these changes.
