An open Lecture will be given by Ian Whittle, FRAeS, son of Sir Frank Whittle, entitled Genesis of the turbo-jet. The Lecture will take place on Wednesday, 7 November, at 5.30 p.m. in the Wolfson Lecture Theatre, Churchill College, and will be followed by a Reception in the Jock Colville Hall, Churchill Archive Centre.
