Clare College offers two Junior Research Fellowships, normally one in the Sciences and one in the Humanities, tenable for three years from 1 October 2002. Stipends are payable on the University's Assistant in Research scale, starting at £15,822 (non-resident in College) or £13,426 (resident). Applications are invited from graduates of, or post-graduate students at, any University in the UK, who must, by 1 January 2002, be within four years of starting on full-time research in the Humanities, or five years in Sciences.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 10 a.m. on Friday, 4 January 2002. Candidates should request two referees to write, by the said date, directly to the Research Fellowship Secretary in support of their candidature.
