Examination in Ethnomusicology for the M.Phil. Degree

(Statutes and Ordinances, p. 473)

With effect from 1 October 2002

The regulations have been amended to include a similar provision to that in the examination for Musicology for the M.Phil. Degree to include three essays.

Regulation 2.

By amending sub-paragraph (iv):

(iv) three essays, each of at least 2,500 words, which in total must amount to not more than 12,000 words (including tables, footnotes, and appendices, but excluding bibliography, musical examples, and transcriptions) on subjects specified by the Degree Committee.
