New Hall, in association with the Instituto Cervantes in London, presents a concert performed by the guitarist Carlos Pérez, of Chile, entitled The Spanish guitar through the ages.
The concert will take place on Monday, 15 October, at 6.15 p.m. in the Buckingham House Lecture Theatre. The concert is open to all, and is free of charge. Further details are available from the College Secretary (tel. 01223 762789).
New Hall presents a Lecture by Devaki Jain, entitled Through the looking glass of poverty: development and the UN. The Lecture will take place on Friday, 19 October at 5 p.m. in the Buckingham House Lecture Theatre, New Hall.
