The following elections, appointments, and reappointments have been made:

Elections

Professor Z. G. Baranski, B.A., Hull, Professor of Italian Studies, University of Reading, elected Serena Professor of Italian from 1 October 2002.

Professor A. S. R. Manstead, B.Sc., Bristol, D.Phil., Sussex, Professor of Social Psychology, University of Amsterdam, elected Professor of Psychology in the Social Sciences from 1 January 2002.

Professor H. Willmott, B.Sc., Ph.D., Manchester, Professor of Organizational Analysis, Manchester School of Management, UMIST, elected Diageo Professor of Management Studies from 1 July 2001.
