St Hugh's College

FIXED-TERM TUTORIAL FELLOWSHIP IN ENGLISH

St Hugh's College proposes to elect an Official Fellow and Tutor in English with effect from 1 October 2001, for a fixed-term period of two years. Applications are invited from candidates with teaching and research interests in the periods from the sixteenth to the early nineteenth centuries. The post-holder will replace Professor Isabel Rivers during her tenure of a Leverhulme Major Research Fellowship. The Fellowship will be held in conjunction with a University Lectureship (CUF), for which no separate application is required. The Fellow will receive a salary of £20,785 a year (inclusive of housing allowance, subject to review).
