St Hilda's College

STIPENDIARY LECTURERSHIP IN CLASSICS

The College intends to appoint a stipendiary Lecturer to teach nine hours a week in the field of Classics. The appointment will be for two years from 1 October 2001 with the possibility of renewal. Applicants should be able to teach a range of subjects in either Latin or Greek Literature.

The person appointed will be paid pro rata on the stipendiary Lecturers' scale (at present £12,581 a year in the first year, reviewed annually), and will be entitled to some free meals during term. The post is open to both men and women.
