EDWIN NOEL PLOWDEN (LORD PLOWDEN), M.A., Honorary Fellow of Pembroke College, 1958-2001, died on Thursday, 15 February 2001, aged 94 years.
PETER AUGUST GEORGE SCHEUER, M.A., Ph.D., Fellow of Peterhouse, 1963-97, Emeritus Fellow, 1997-2001, Emeritus Reader in Radio Astronomy, died on Sunday, 21 January 2001, aged 70 years. A Memorial Service will be held on 17 March 2001. For further details, see Peterhouse's Notice on p. 535.
