Trinity College

DOMESTIC BURSAR/OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Trinity College, established in 1555, is located in beautiful buildings and grounds in the centre of Oxford. It has 290 undergraduates, 90 graduates, 34 Fellows, and 90 non-academic staff.

The College requires a Domestic Bursar/Operations Director to co-ordinate all operational aspects of the College: accommodation, catering, conferences, and management of buildings, grounds, and facilities. He or she will have particular responsibility for personnel matters and will be a Fellow of the College, reporting to the Governing Body. Key attributes required for the role are: operational management experience, with an excellent knowledge of the human resources function; leadership skills; the ability to communicate with Fellows, staff, and students; and an awareness of the needs and values of an educational establishment. The salary will be c. £40,000.
