Dr Fraser Cameron, Political Counsellor at the European Union Delegation in Washington DC, will give a talk on the outcome of the US elections, US foreign policy, and the emergence of the European Union as a global actor, entitled The US and the EU - global partners or global rivals?, at 9.15 p.m. on Wednesday, 29 November, in the Latimer Room, Clare College.
