Dr Steven Beckett, Principal Technologist, Nestlé, York, will give a talk, entitled Chocolate, the food of the gods!, at a meeting of the Society, at 8.30 p.m. on Monday, 30 October, in the Wolfson Lecture Theatre, Churchill College. Non-members are welcome. Coffee is available before each lecture.
