The second Hinsley Memorial Lecture will take place at 6 p.m. on Thursday, 26 October, in the Fisher Building, St John's College. Professor Adam Roberts, Montague Burton Professor of International Relations, University of Oxford, will give a talk, entitled The so-called right of humanitarian intervention. The Lecture is open to members of the University and others who are interested and will be preceded by tea at 5.30 p.m.
