New College

STIPENDIARY LECTURERSHIP IN ECONOMICS

New College invites applications for a nine-hour stipendiary Lecturership in Economics for one year, either from 1 October 2000 or 1 January 2001 (to be confirmed by mutual agreement). The teaching required includes Macroeconomics, as well as the ability to teach across the full range of undergraduate economic subjects.

The appointment will be on point one (75 per cent of £15,334 = £11,501) of the University Junior Lecturer scale, together with a research allowance of £290, a book allowance of £420, and an entertainment allowance of £125. The Lecturer will be a member of the Senior Common Room, entitled to full rights of commons during term and vacation.
