Announcement of lectures and seminars

The following lectures and seminars will be open to members of the University and others who are interested:

Clinical Medicine. Dr Sydney Brenner, CH, FRS, Director of Research, Molecular Sciences Institute, Berkeley, California, will deliver the Sackler Distinguished Lecture 2000, entitled From genes to organisms: the resurrection of physiology and biochemistry, at 5 p.m. on Thursday, 22 June, in the William Harvey Lecture Theatre, School of Clinical Medicine, Addenbrooke's Hospital, Hills Road.

Fitzwilliam Museum. A Gallery Talk, entitled Ruskin: the responsive eye, will be given by Duncan Robinson at 1.15 p.m. on Wednesday, 14 June, in Gallery II, Fitzwilliam Museum.
