The Vice-Chancellor begs leave to refer to his Notice of 27 April 2000 (Reporter, p. 602), concerning amendments of the Articles of Association of Hughes Hall. He hereby gives notice, in accordance with Statute H, I, 2, that in the opinion of the Council the proposed amendments do not affect the University or prejudice the interests of the University, and that they have resolved to take no action upon them.
