The Queen's College

OFFICIAL FELLOWSHIP AND PRAELECTORSHIP IN GERMAN

Applications are invited for an Official Fellowship and Praelectorship in German, with effect from 1 October 2000. The Fellowship is tenable in conjunction with a Titular University Lecturership (CUF). The successful applicant will be required to undertake research and to make a major contribution to teaching German to undergraduates at the College. The Faculty Board has expressed a preference for expertise in eighteenth-century German literature and culture, but candidates from all areas of German studies are welcome. The combined University and College salary will be according to age on a scale up to £38,412 a year. Additional College allowances are available.
